The Palace Hotel and Serviced Apartments is a lifestyle hotel and branded apartments destination and one of the main anchors for the DCH Island.  

In keeping with Emaar’s architectural approach, the building is a contemporary interpretation of the local context, with an elegant simplicity and a modulated and proportioned facade with a noticeable capping.

In order to differentiate the branded apartments over the hotel component, there are subtle variations in the facades of both entities. Materials are slightly textured and slightly off white to better offset the window frames and balustrades.
